Absolutely ridiculous. Waited almost 2 hours, tried ringing the takeaway but they wouldn’t answer. Had to get in touch with feedmeonline who then had to contact the takeaway via a mobile phone number they had registered just to let me know they’d be arriving in the next ten minutes. Another 20 minutes passed and the food arrived with a ‘sorry’. Then found item missing from the order, contacted takeaway yet again to be told they can either send one up or wait till next time (not that there will be a next time now). Asked for a refund, and was told I’d have to go to the shop for it. Feedmeonline were not able to process any refunds either so it’s a catch 22. Ridiculous service wouldn’t recommend.

Order from Queens regularly but tonight’s was the best take away pizza I’ve ever had. Fluffy yet slight crisp to chips, super tasty pizzas that didn’t leave a grease trail behind. 10/10!!

Unfortunately they never seem to properly read the chef notes. We wanted kebab wrap with garlic sauce separate as hubby doesn't like garlic sauce but daughter only eats the chips/kebab with the garlic sauce. Got the wrap but no sauce, we were unable to contact the store by phone to get the sauce sent out. Can't complain about how tasty the food is, or portion size, but because Daughter didn't have any garlic sauce and didn't eat anything I'm only prepared to give 4 stars.
