Made my order for collection at 12:25, Got there just after that time. Told her my order and she says it’s not for collection, then she looks at the receipt and realises it is for collection. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my food. The batter was cooked on the outside but raw in the middle. The burger hardly had any batter on. Worse food I’ve had from them. Terrible service
